The Chinese environment has changed significantly over many years. From shifting consumer behaviours to the rapid advancement of technology, this course enables the learner to gain an appreciation of these changes and to determine how these changes will impact business operations in China.

Specifically, this course will examine six important organisational stakeholders (customers, suppliers, owners, staff, regulators and the community) and determine how environmental changes will impact potential interactions with these stakeholders.
